Job Overview

True Fit seeks a vibrant inspirational leader to drive the introduction and adoption of New Products and partnerships to our customers and prospects.   This role will work cross-functionally to coordinate the launch, early adoption, distribution and overall success of each New Product at scale.  Additionally, this role will coordinate the evaluation, execution, and ongoing success of select partnerships that meet our criteria.  The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, demonstrates true grit and determination, and will thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.


  • Research, understand, and translate market needs and expectations in the broad areas of our future product capabilities.
  • Work with product management to translate market requirements into ongoing functional specifications.
  • Build a comprehensive go-to-market strategy inclusive of product positioning, pricing, and pitch content.
  • Act as a frequent wingman for existing field team, serving as the SME on New Products, helping them sell and close New Product deals.
  • Deliver global quota as assigned.
  • Evangelize the merits of our New Products with customers, prospects and the market in general.
  • Train field teams (sales, delivery, customer success) on all aspects of New Products to position these businesses to rapidly scale.
  • Build a pipeline of early adopters for each New Product and nurture these opportunities from beta to charter to adoption.
  • Form and lead Special Interest Groups for New Products when needed.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
  • Evaluate new partnerships through the filter of our priorities and goals.
  • Make each partnership we pursue successful


  • Goal- and outcome-oriented (mentality that results are more important than efforts).
  • Able to secure meetings at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Experience selling to marketers, ecommerce executives and brand managers
  • A minimum of 7 years of achievement with experience in a similar field like:   Personalization/Recommendation, Optimization/Testing, Ratings/Reviews, Email Marketing, Analytics
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution to large, complex organizations
  • Experience spinning up something new inside a larger entity
  • Experience in the realm of making big data actionable, interesting, and appealing
  • Experience selling to marketers, ecommerce executives and brand managers
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • Ability to travel required (50%+)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Impeccable values and integrity, no exceptions
  • BS/BA or equivalent; MBA preferred
